Parafoil Rotor Blade

Using Tyvek, ultrasonically welded to make an inflateable spar and a dual, above & third sized at the leading edge below parafoil bags which have control of the openings via a drawstring. This will allow overspeed for spinup and feathered blade for lower drag flight conditions. The need for a very low weight and strong material pointed to Tyvek as a cheap source, with several different thickness, flexibility & porousness. Ultrasonic welding provides a quick bonding method that does not require the holes stitching creates. Less holes, less chance of the material riping at these stress points.

Who will help me & fund these wings for Flugtag? Six CW & six CCW blades 7' long will lift 275lbs with 25 RRPM as the target natural resonant rotor speed. With the light frame and blades an HPA (Human Powered Aircraft) in the form of a BiRotor Air Bike is possible.
